New York. A city stricken by the dreaded Coronavirus currently, is normally the epicentre of entertainment. Right now, it's unnaturally quiet. The madness of Manhattan has been replaced with another kind of madness. I feel very lucky to have visited again so recently, given the circumstances. Staying over the Christmas & New Years' period, the big apple was buzzing and alive with a couple of extra thousand people than normal. Little did we know it would soon become a ghost town, Times Square's neon lights twinkling eerily in the darkness, Central Park silent, as spring begins to bloom. The Brooklyn Bridge deserted, as people hunker down in their respective boroughs, no longer crossing.
